DISPATCH
DELIVER
If your order consists of multiple items, we always try to deliver it in one package. Sometimes your order does not fit in one box, in that case we use extra packaging. This of course does not affect the calculation of the delivery costs.
DELIVERY COSTS
Netherlands: Shipping costs are โฌ4.95. This is a contribution to the shipping and packaging material. If you order for more than โฌ100,- we always ship your order for free.
Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: Shipping costs are โฌ7.95. This is a contribution to the shipping and packaging material. If you order for more than โฌ125, we will always ship your order for free.
France: Shipping costs are โฌ10.95. This is a contribution to the shipping and packaging material. If you order for more than โฌ150,- we always ship your order for free.
DELIVERY TIME
If you place an order on workdays before 15:00, you will receive your order the next workday. This can also be an evening delivery. There are some exceptions to the delivery time.
The exceptions: why does it sometimes take a little longer?
If you order something on Friday after 3:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your package on Monday.
If you order something from Lifa home for the first time, we sometimes need some time to check your details.
Very occasionally there is a problem in our warehouse which may cause it to take a little longer.
When we are very busy, we adjust our delivery times. Our delivery partners can also adjust the delivery time during extreme busy times. For example around the holidays.
We do not deliver on public holidays.
DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
You can have your order delivered to a desired address (home or at a service point). After your order has been confirmed, you can still adjust your delivery time and delivery method via the MyParcel or PostNL website or app.
ORDER NOT YET DELIVERED
View the latest status of your order via your Track & Trace code. As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive it from us, directly from MyParcel or from PostNL. If you have not received a code within one working day, we request that you contact our customer service.
ORDER INCOMPLETE
It is possible that your order has been sent in multiple packages and the remaining part of your order will be delivered later. In this case, you will receive two Track & Trace codes. If this is not the case and your order is incomplete? Please contact our customer service.
