Where can I find the washing instructions for a product?The washing instructions of a product can always be found on the label attached to the item or the packaging. Is this information not clear or do you have an additional question? You can always email info@lifahome for an answer.

Can I choose a payment method?Yes, you can. During checkout you can choose your own payment method, here you can choose to pay afterwards. Read all about payment options .

Do I also pay shipping costs?For the Netherlands: Shipping costs are โฌ4.95. If you order for more than โฌ100,- we will always ship your order for free. For Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg the shipping costs are โฌ6.95. If you order for more than โฌ125,- we will always ship your order for free. And for France the shipping costs are โฌ8.95. If you order for more than โฌ150,- we will always ship your order for free.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?You will receive the invoice for your order by email. Didn't receive the invoice? Contact info@lifahome.nl .

How do I return something?Returns can be made at your own expense via a PostNL point within the 14-day cooling-off period. Make sure that an item remains really new. Only unused and undamaged items can be returned. You can register your return via the MyParcel tracking mail or at a PostNL point nearby. For more information, go to Exchanges and Returns .

Can I cancel an order?Do you want to cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order via info@lifahome.nl . We will do our utmost to cancel your order. Not in all cases we can cancel the order because the package has already been sent. In this case you can return the order (or a part).

What if the product is out of stock?Is an item out of stock? Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an item is out of stock. Would you like to know when the item is back in stock? Register your e-mail address for 'send me a message' so that you will receive an e-mail when the product is back in stock.

When will I get my money back?Once we have processed your return, we will notify the payment provider to refund the amount. In most cases, the amount will be back on your account within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank).

I chose to pay afterwards and returned something, what now?We will process your return and update your outstanding payment. You will then receive an updated version of the post-payment request via Klarna.

Can I have an order delivered to a different address?When ordering, you can indicate at which home address you want to receive the order. This can also be a different address than the billing address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose delivery to a Service Point in advance.

Can I pick up my package?It is currently only possible to have your package delivered to a home address.

What is the delivery time of my order?If you order before 15:00 on weekdays, we will ship your order the same day. Often you will have your order the next day, sometimes it takes one or two days longer.

Who will deliver my order?Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL. You will be kept informed of the status of your order by email via the MyParcel service.
